Dear students and colleagues,
I have the pleasure of presenting to you my new book, in its first French edition. This philosophical essay is the first volume in a trilogy dedicated to the phenomenology of dialogue. In this first tome, the theoretical framework joins an ample historical analysis of Charles de Gaulle’s diplomatic thought in action, as it played out in Latin America. On the occasion of this publication I wish to thank the support given by the University of Puerto Rico, my Faculty and its managers for the development of this investigation. I also want to highlight the enthusiastic contribution of my disciple David Rodríguez, who is coursing a Ph. D. in Governance and Organizational Culture at the University of Navarra and was my Teaching Assistant in my Diplomatic Theory courses during the years my investigation covered in this book took place.

"The Phenomenological Normativity of “The Self-in-Migration”: Husserlian-Henryan Approach by Olga Louchakova-Schwartz, M.D., Ph.D."
By Marc Jean-Bernard, Phd.
Abstract:
The claim for a philosophical approach of the problematic of Migration. The grammar of the notion of Migration, with its several concrete manifestations, entails very complex medical, psychological, sociological, religious and political precise features, that show the need for a constant philosophical clarification. The plain journalistic and political rhetoric needs nowadays a conceptual background as a communicative inspiration for resolving better the facticity of stress, "deficit of self-awareness and forgetfulness". Prof. Olga Louchakova-Schwartz, M.D., Ph.D,. has developed a rigorous categorial approach -phenomenological and medical- of the Normativity of the Self- in-Migration. This review underlines the possible ways of thinking and caring the "catastrophic intersubjectivity of migration", and how the author is sketching a clear and concrete normativity of health.
